1, Machine description
This machine is a special equipment, suitable for grinding 2, 3, 4 edge flat end milling cutters and fried dough twist bits, with hard alloy and high speed steel.
The power supply of the machine is standard 220V lighting power, and 380V power supply is strictly prohibited.
According to the diameter range of milling cutter and drill bit, the machine model is divided into ed-1213 and ed-1613.

Ed-1213 is applicable to Φ 3-12mm milling cutter, Φ 3-13mm drill bit, ed-1613 for Φ 3-16mm milling cutter, Φ 3-13mm drill bit. Grinding wheel Description: This machine is equipped with two kinds of grinding wheels, SDC grinding wheel special cemented carbide tool and CBN grinding wheel special for high-speed steel tool. In addition, grinding wheels with different particle sizes can be provided. The larger the particle size, the better the grinding finish, and the smaller the particle size, the better the wear resistance of the grinding wheel. Please select the appropriate particle size grinding wheel according to your own needs.
